Friday's 10am class on 25th August  and Monday 1pm 28th August canceled. This is due to holidays and UPL wish their clients a lovely summer bank holiday weekend. 

 

Pilates can does not only need to be practiced in a class setting. Why not try balancing on 1 leg, pelvic tilts and roll downs to keep the spine mobile and balanced.
